Suma is a SaaS project created to explore how AI can transform the recruitment process. I wanted to design a tool that uses AI to generate shortlists, assess soft skills through interactive experiences, provide users with powerful AI agents and deliver data-driven insights. The goal was to create a platform that looks trustworthy, feels modern, and communicates innovation without losing its human touch.
