Talentum is a fictional SaaS project I created to explore how AI can transform the recruitment process.

The concept was simple: help HR teams hire smarter, faster, and fairer. Traditional hiring often relies heavily on CV screening, which can be time-consuming and biased. With Talentum, I wanted to design a tool that uses AI to generate shortlists, assess soft skills through interactive experiences, and deliver data-driven insights. The goal was to create a platform that looks trustworthy, feels modern, and communicates innovation without losing its human touch.

Design process

I crafted a clean, minimalist visual identity for Talentum, combining a soft color palette for trust, bold typography for clarity, and subtle gradients to convey innovation. The abstract logo balances minimalism with a sense of connection and intelligence.

The landing page followed a clear hierarchy: a strong hero message, followed by three feature sections (Smart Shortlist, Skill Games, Bias-Free Insights), each supported by visual assets like cards, dashboards, and playful interactions.

To enhance usability, I integrated motion design through subtle interactions—candidate cards sliding into shortlists or animated charts updating—bringing the AI-driven platform to life.

Reflection

Working on Talentum challenged me to balance professionalism with innovation. The goal was to build trust with HR managers while showcasing the excitement of AI-driven recruiting.

A key takeaway was discovering how personality can enhance a traditionally “serious” product. Adding playful details without losing credibility gave Talentum a distinct identity.

Overall, the project pushed me to design not just for aesthetics, but also for experience and emotion—where business tools meet storytelling.
